Super basic vinaigrette

Easy. Mix one part of vinegar with three parts of high quality oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Note: This vinaigrette will only work with high quality oil, since the oil will have to carry most of the flavor. Oils with strong aroma, such as pumpkinseed oil or olive oil work best. Plain oils, such as sunflower seed oil will not work without adding herbs, nice mustard or other additional flavors.
