Goat cheese

Goat cheeses come in a huge variety of flavors, ranging from strong to very mild.
I wanted to describe it in more detail, but had to give up after seeing this super detailed website only dedicated to these tasty cheeses.

How about wrapping some mild goat cheese in some bacon, quickly stir-frying it on each side and adding it on top of your salad.
