Olives
Olives are great. Not only are they tasty, they are also a good source of vitamin E as well as mono-unsaturated fat. They come in lots of varieties, with stuffing or without.
In my opinion, they are best combined with olive-oil based vinaigrettes – but of course there must be more creative uses – just post below!
While they are often sold in glasses it is a good idea to visit a vendor who sells them in bulk. This gives you freedom to experiment with different types – since you can buy small quantities of all the varieties and find out which ones you like best.
