Sun-dried tomatoes

Sun-dried tomatoes are a delicious addition to any salad. They are juice and flavorful and can give your salads a Mediterranean touch.

How to buy?

Many supermarkets stock these yummy tomatoes in glasses (in oil), which is not too bad, but still cannot come close to the real deal bought from the market. Sun-dried tomatoes from the market or proper store are sold in bulk and are less oily and hence tastier.

Sun-dried tomatoes are especially nice with pasta salads – that is what I believe, please share your own suggestions below!
